3#’s ground turkey
1 medium onion
2-3 stalks celery
2 boxes turkey (or chicken) stuffing
I like to brown my onions and celery before putting them into my meatloaf, but you don’t have too. Add the veggies to the ground turkey, add stuffing, and eggs and mix.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until 160 degrees.
