Another requested recipe.
1 small box of instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice — do not drain
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (I like the bigger can)
1 container frozen whipped topping
2 cups miniature marshmallows (I like the colored ones!)
Combine pudding and can of crushed pineapple in a large mixing bowl mix well. Add the rest of your fruit, marshmallows, and whipped topping. Mix well. Serve well chilled.
Feel free to add other fruits: we’ve added bananas and fresh pineapple. Grapes, fresh peaches or nectarines would go well.
