Recipe — Cream Cheese Lasagna Rolls

12 Lasagna Noodles (boiled)

2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese

Italian Seasonings, Basil, Oregano, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzeralla Cheese (to taste)

1 egg

1 # ground beef

1 # sausage (italian, country, or breakfast are just fine)

2 jars pizza sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown your ground beef and sausage.  Add your pizza sauce and simmer while you’re mixing the  cheese mix.

Mix your cream cheese, Italian Seasonings, basil, oregano, Parmesan cheese, and Mozzarella cheese.  Add your egg.  Spread evenly on your lasagna noodles, roll up, and place in 9X13 oven safe dish.

Pour your meat mixture over the noodles.  Top with pepperoni and more mozzarella cheese.  

Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
